Canceling a Paid or Premium MyLife Subscription

If you would like to end your pair or premium MyLife subscription, then you can contact our Customer Care professionals by calling 888.704.1900. You can also call the Customer Care number to change or delete any of the information that you have given MyLife.com.

If You Pay With a PayPal Account

MyLife.com members who pay fees with a PayPal account need to take an extra step to make sure they only get the services that they want. When discontinuing a membership funded via a PayPal account, it is important to contact PayPal's Customer Service representatives to inform them of the change.

You can reach PayPal's Customer Service professionals by calling 888-221-1161. They can disable the billing process to make sure that further subscription fees are not sent to MyLife.com. Please also contact MyLife.com to tell our Customer Care representatives that you wish to discontinue your paid account.

Canceling a Paid Membership and Unsubscribing From Email Alerts

MyLife.com wants to make sure that every paid member understands how he or she can disable auto-renewal successfully so they always get the specific services that they want. Some members think that clicking the "unsubscribe" link listed at the bottom of email alerts will disable auto-renewal. This link, however, only unsubscribes you from email notifications. To stop membership auto-renewal, always contact our Customer Care representatives.

  12. I want to cancel and I want my 131 dollars back when I thought I was signing up for a 10 dollar a month fee and I saw 131 dollars and I almost fell on the floor. I can't afford this I've had to borrow money to get through the rest of the month thank you
