How to cancel your Mylife.com membership

All the paid membership accounts in Mylife.com have got the auto renewal feature activated, which means that the payment for memberships would automatically be paid by the payment source you have connected to the account. This is done in order to ensure no interruption in services for the members.

Mylife.com Customer Care

In order to cancel your memberships, you will need to contact the Mylife.com customer care by dialing 888-704-1900. Customer service representatives are available from 6 AM to 9 PM PST on weekdays and 6 AM to 6 PM on weekends. Mylife.com refund issues will also be dealt with at this number. Once you call in, the customer service representative will want to verify whether you hold the ownership of the account you are calling in for. Once the verification process is completed the representative will go ahead and cancel your membership. This will deactivate the auto renewal feature on your account.

My Life Refund

Members using PayPal

If you have authorized your PayPal account to make payments for your subscription, then you will need to contact PayPal's customer care to cancel further payments. If this is not done, PayPal might continue to send payments to Mylife.com. Any issues regarding Mylife.com refund will be required to be addressed by the customer service Department of Mylife.com.

The unsubscribe link in Emails

Many members misunderstand the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of all the e-mails coming from Mylife.com. They think that by clicking it they can cancel their membership. However this will only unsubscribe them from the e-mails that they get from Mylife.com. It is only for members who would not like to get notifications from Mylife.com. If you have tried to cancel your membership by clicking on the unsubscribe link, contact the customer service department immediately. Clicking on the unsubscribe link will not deactivate the auto renewal feature on your account.
